C1. Hue Full Day Trip
Our tour begins at the former Imperial Citadel of Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945 - the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and then moves in to the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside where we find the Royal Tombs to the Nguyen Emperors with Khai Dinh Tomb and Minh Mang Tomb. After that, transfer to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam and enjoy the boat ride back on Perfume River to the harbor, then car pick up to the hotel afterwards.

Morning pick up at hotel in Hue at 07.30am and drive north to the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) to visit the battle fields in Khe Sanh on the historic Road 9 connecting with Laos such as The Rockpile, the Ho Chi Minh Trail and Ta Con airfield. After that, visit Hien Luong Bridge spanning Ben Hai River – 17th Parallel dividing line between North and South Vietnam in war time and Quang Tri Citadel. Drive to hotel in Hue afterwards.

Then take a short boat ride to a nearby island to visit a handicraft village specializing in ceramics and also the boat building yards. Return to hotel afterwards.
